Terms
Use of this site
Directory information is provided for discovery and should be confirmed with the listed organization or creator.
Directory accuracy
We work to use reliable official information, but hours, exhibitions, services, event dates, addresses and other details can change. Confirm important details directly before visiting or purchasing.
Listings
Submission does not guarantee inclusion. We may edit, decline, update or remove listings to maintain consistency, accuracy and relevance. Paid placement does not transfer editorial control of Wyoming Paintbrush.
Paid creative-community placements
Featured Listing, Artist Spotlight and Paintbrush Sponsor purchases are one-time payments for 12 months of eligible placement unless otherwise stated in writing. They do not automatically renew. Placement begins after we receive and approve the information needed to publish it.
Placement and performance
Paid placement may receive priority, expanded content, spotlight treatment or rotating promotional visibility according to the purchased level. Exact position can change as the site grows. We do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales or search-engine results.
Commercial advertising
Display advertising, category sponsorships and custom commercial campaigns may use separate rates, terms and schedules from the low-cost creative-community options.
Supplied content
By supplying photographs, logos, artwork or other material for a listing or advertisement, you represent that you have permission to use that material for the requested promotion. We may resize, crop or lightly format supplied assets for the site.
Ownership
Names, artwork, photographs and trademarks belonging to listed creators or organizations remain their property. External links are provided for discovery.
